pizza as rubin'z bday cake, scary mrt passenger / Friday, October 27, 2006
ok updates!! the past wed when me, rubin and melissa travelling on mrt home, we met this amazing fellow passenger. When we boarded the mrt at jurong east, I str away spotted a guy sleeping with his mouth wide open. I think with my instinct bah, i already decided it'z not wise to sit beside him. but fate decided otherwise, rubin saw 3 empty seats, juz nice for us mah. then she str away sat down on 1 seat then mel also sat down beside her. Left me to sit with the guy! Apprehensively i sat down.. hai this kind of suey things i alwayz kena.. this guy, he sleep very scary. his head will suay suay then suddenly n violently jerk towards u or the opp direction. everytime i scared he will knock into me! he jerk so hard if hit me sure his head pain or my shoulder pain bah. ok the inevitable will happen so once his head hit my arm which i put there to shield myself and another time he dropped onto my bag which was on my lap! Best.. most amazing thing is he juz pick himself up n slept on as if nothing happen! treating me as invisible! it'z really a freaky time lor.. after a few stops really couldn take it anymore so i chose to stand up instead until we found another 3 empty seats.
we celebrated rubin'z bday on mon, is that called a celebration? but nway, we were too busy to prepare a real celebration so we juz ordered pizzas from Canadian Pizza to eat in sch. the real thing have to wait till after examz bah. boy the pizzas were good! We ordered Singapura Special and Hawaiian. Yummy! singapura special was really tasty~ took pics at the study benches there~ ppl there mugging for examz while we were there fooling around n eating pizzas! tsk tsk! look at the pics n u will know..

Yday lab was something on wafer fabrication. the first part of the lab was boring.. the 2 lab profs were vying with each other to teach us.. nway they were sort of repeating each other'z points. but then they were really patient in teaching us how 2 use the software to design the fabrication process. at 1 point 1 of the prof was telling us abt the protective suits we need to wear when we go into the clean room. and he described it as " those condom-like coats"! haha he trying to be funny huh~ rubin said she saw the other prof trying hard 2 keep a str face. the 2nd part of the lab we get to visit the clean room in ntu! cool! heard ntu is the only uni with world class clean room~ i think we spent more time dressing up into the suits then the time we spent inside the clean room. the suits are to ensure that we do not contaminate the wafers u see.. even 1 speck of dust on the wafer will affect the performance.
life is kept interesting with scandals n exam preparations everyday! haha friends around me alot of scandals! haha like watching idol dramas like that..and saw on youtube somebody posted an online lecture i attended last yr! haha that lecturer was really funny! 129000++ views! u guys gonna check it out! this guys is a legend! watch it here!

so tired!~ but need 2 pyscho myself to study for examz. this yr really no time 2 study. something very unlucky happened to me few days ago!! i stepped on a piece of eaten chewing gum at boon lay mrt!! argh.. n it doesnt wanna come off my shoe!! have to pull my feet away a few metres before the elasticity broke!! grr..may the inconsiderate person who threw that gum on the floor grow itches over his/her body!!
nway juz went out wif irene, joon n huili to suntec hav dinner then shop. we had dinner at Asian Kitchen at citylink, the food there is good! this outing really doesn come easy coz alot of changes along the way, hard 2 confirm with ppl n some last min no time n joon last min join us. haha.. walk around abit coz my bag v heavy n irene need 2 go collect her skates but in the end out of stock~ nway, huili just sent me this very interesting quiz to do. u guys can try too:

CA weeks over~ / Friday, October 13, 2006
Finally CA weeks over! My hp level is now running dangerously low.. n horror of horrors, still many things left to do! gosh.. really! n this yr no exam break so have 2 start studying for exam earlier, approximately now?! really worried i dun have the stamina to last.. hmm.. CA i think i fared the worst for my ee3003 integrated electronics bah.. i was expecting easy questions coz friends all got easy papers.. argh how i know! diao 20% gone.. only exam 2 depend on..
n then during my ee2005 CA, as the prof say only 1min left 2 do the paper. somebody said," shit!" aloud. haha although we v stressed but the class laughed. think that person didn even realised he said until so loud. n as we handing in the CA, this guy behind tapped me n ask what'z my last ans! i mean, i dun even know him n he asked for my ans?! but then he asked the wrong person coz tat qn i oso not sure! haha just his luck~
Oh got happy news! Rubin got into Micron for IA.. Lucky gal! haha she said i was even happier than her when she got in. it'z not easy 2 get into micron wor~ Congratz! even interviews they only choose the top students n only few interviewees can get in. envy her leh.. she is assigned 2 assist an engineer there. sure can learn lots of stuff! n heard from her that the engineer v nice, coz he'z the one who interviewed her.
n today a friend was updating us abt her relationship with this guy she know for a month.. omg she got guts lor.. so fast ask the guy if he likes her.. yea they have been ai4 mei4 for weeks but i still feel it'z a little fast?! nway, admire her courage coz i dun think i will ever do tat.. yea no matter how much i m dying 2 know.. i just feel sometimes relationships r very fragile, esp at the beginning, so 1 wrong move and it'z gone. nway i feel bad afterwards coz i chided her abit.. aiya, i just hope she think carefully before doing anything drastic. ok lah i quite busybody but gd friend mah.. really want things 2 work out for her. know it'z not easy to find somebody u really like..
after this blog dunno when will be free 2 update again.. can foresee busy times ahead.. if i got really interesting news then will update. but u guys gonna keep checking ya? hahaa till we meet again.
