pizza as rubin'z bday cake, scary mrt passenger / Friday, October 27, 2006
ok updates!! the past wed when me, rubin and melissa travelling on mrt home, we met this amazing fellow passenger. When we boarded the mrt at jurong east, I str away spotted a guy sleeping with his mouth wide open. I think with my instinct bah, i already decided it'z not wise to sit beside him. but fate decided otherwise, rubin saw 3 empty seats, juz nice for us mah. then she str away sat down on 1 seat then mel also sat down beside her. Left me to sit with the guy! Apprehensively i sat down.. hai this kind of suey things i alwayz kena.. this guy, he sleep very scary. his head will suay suay then suddenly n violently jerk towards u or the opp direction. everytime i scared he will knock into me! he jerk so hard if hit me sure his head pain or my shoulder pain bah. ok the inevitable will happen so once his head hit my arm which i put there to shield myself and another time he dropped onto my bag which was on my lap! Best.. most amazing thing is he juz pick himself up n slept on as if nothing happen! treating me as invisible! it'z really a freaky time lor.. after a few stops really couldn take it anymore so i chose to stand up instead until we found another 3 empty seats.
we celebrated rubin'z bday on mon, is that called a celebration? but nway, we were too busy to prepare a real celebration so we juz ordered pizzas from Canadian Pizza to eat in sch. the real thing have to wait till after examz bah. boy the pizzas were good! We ordered Singapura Special and Hawaiian. Yummy! singapura special was really tasty~ took pics at the study benches there~ ppl there mugging for examz while we were there fooling around n eating pizzas! tsk tsk! look at the pics n u will know..

Yday lab was something on wafer fabrication. the first part of the lab was boring.. the 2 lab profs were vying with each other to teach us.. nway they were sort of repeating each other'z points. but then they were really patient in teaching us how 2 use the software to design the fabrication process. at 1 point 1 of the prof was telling us abt the protective suits we need to wear when we go into the clean room. and he described it as " those condom-like coats"! haha he trying to be funny huh~ rubin said she saw the other prof trying hard 2 keep a str face. the 2nd part of the lab we get to visit the clean room in ntu! cool! heard ntu is the only uni with world class clean room~ i think we spent more time dressing up into the suits then the time we spent inside the clean room. the suits are to ensure that we do not contaminate the wafers u see.. even 1 speck of dust on the wafer will affect the performance.
life is kept interesting with scandals n exam preparations everyday! haha friends around me alot of scandals! haha like watching idol dramas like that..and saw on youtube somebody posted an online lecture i attended last yr! haha that lecturer was really funny! 129000++ views! u guys gonna check it out! this guys is a legend! watch it here!
